Our title industry roots run deep. Title Pac was established in 1972 by Roy Joe Cantrell, a title professional who believed that title professionals’ E&O coverage should provide adequate coverage at a fair price. His mission continues through Title Pac today…offering coverage with full policy limits at an affordable and competitive price. 

Our longevity is unmatched by other E&O providers and lets us adjust to the needs of the industry during the ups and downs of the real estate cycle, even meeting coverage needs for new issues like Crime and Data Breach/Cyber. 

Over the years, Title Pac helped to influence Title E&O insurance forms to the current coverage seen today. In fact, almost every title professionals’ E&O policy includes language Title Pac developed. 

Our company is wholly owned by Brown & Brown, Inc. (BRO on the NYSE). This relationship connects us to the larger insurance industry to find new products, insurance carriers or trends to help our title professional clients.
